Abstract
The author has constructed an in-country model of regional relations. The structure of regional relations is built according to the «center - periphery» system, which includes such components as center, periphery and ways of interaction between them. In the process and by the results of the simulation the conditions and a number of the most important factors influencing the effectiveness of each of the regional system are clarified.
