Chaos Theory and Technology of External Management

The article analyzes methodological foundations of technologies of external management, considering peculiarities of functioning of highly organized unstable social systems. The main feature of technology of external management, as well as of any manipulative technologies is to obtain unilateral advantages, so that an illusion of independence of decisions has remained for the recipient. The author examines different models and principles of these technologies, such as reforming the system, the principle of resonant effects, the operating principle of synchronization, and application of information technologies, which play a very special role in the process of «color revolutions» The analysis of the methodological foundations of technologies of external management makes it possible not only to investigate the chaotic processes of world politics, but also to understand their manipulative nature.
