Regional Experience of Implementation of the Multipurpose Centers in Russia within the Context of Modernization of Russian Society and Optimization of Local Government

The development of multipurpose centers can solve a number of important for Russia's modernization problems associated with high potential of corruption in authorities, low credibility of the population, and low social responsibility of the Russian state. Further development of the multipurpose centers in the regions of the Russian Federation will create fertile ground for effective solution of identified problems, but for this the problems and difficulties arising in the functioning of the system of multipurpose centers must be timely and effectively solved. In the article this issue is considered and the regional experience of multipurpose centers is analyzed on a deeper level.
