Abstract
The problem of the theory of international relations as a whole is regarded in the modern science from mostly two points of view. Firstly, it is a geopolitical aspect that only serves the so-called golden billion. Secondly, this problem is regarded from the economical point of view. Few scientists raise a question about some global processes and phenomena that dictate the international world order. This article is only an attempt to raise the problem of theorizing of international relations.
