Abstract
The article discusses the reflection of inter-ethnic relations in the managerial discourse, and alleges that the management capacity of the discourse addressed to large social communities, is coupled with its technological features, which are revealed in the study. It is proved that the technology of social interaction establishment depends on the goals and objectives, as well as the capacity of the political management discourse.
