Abstract
The article is devoted to the methodology for analyzing the relationship of the political actors, authorities and business in modern Russia. On the basis of synthesis of foreign and domestic experience multi-level network of exchanges is proposed as the original author's methodological approach. The concepts of bipartism, groups of interest, network analysis as well as the resources sharing paradigm are lying in its base.
