Abstract

The author analyzes some of the changes in the constitutional-legal system of the Republic of Dagestan, initiated in order to bring the republican legal system in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Russian Federation. The article is based on the critical analysis of the shortcomings of the previous Constitution of the Republic of Dagestan (1994) and the conditions, which led to revision of its key articles, contradicted the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
