Abstract
The article is focused on the analysis of the effectiveness of institutional reforms in Russia. In order to realize the analysis the author uses a number of criteria, including the index of property rights protection, financial freedom index, the index of anti-corruption. In the article one can find the ways and means for the improvement of the efficiency of institutional transformation of the Russian economy.
