Abstract
This work discusses the problem of personality in the aspect of authenticity and identity in a globalized world. On the basis of study of coexistence of the Russian national, regional and ethnic and cultural identities a conclusion that it is necessary to use heuristic potential of dialogue for understanding the paradigm of integrity of the world is made.
