Transnationalization of political elite and influence of this process on the sovereignty of the state

The article is devoted to the analysis of the changes, caused by formation of a global elite circle, which cares mostly about the exclusiveness of their imperious positions than about the sovereignty of the states. The special cosmopolitan way of life and consciousness are inherent in the taken elite detour, and resources which are in hands represent almost unlimited opportunities for carrying out the policy. These circumstances cause considerable decrease in interest of new international elite in preservation of earlier settled principles of the state sovereignty. The aim of the article is the analysis of the current situation of transnationalization of political elites of different countries and the influence of this process on the reduction of national sovereignty. The authors analyze the historical aspects of globalization and describe current trends of transnationalization of political elites. One of the main ideas of the article is that today the mechanisms of the guarantee of the state sovereignty are still preventing formation of global elite and the desovereignization of sovereign states. Nevertheless the division of the international community remains the good ground for the loss of sovereignty and formation of global political elite. In this context the mankind has all chances to change the vector of its historical development, replacing the divided majority by the cohesive minority.
