Abstract
The article is devoted to the idea of the Russian-Chinese youth integration in the spheres of education, science and culture. The authors analyze the experience of Ulyanovsk region on this context. The actuality of the material was confirmed by the need of realization of the Russian-Chinese youth exchange program in 2014-2015 that was maintained by the Russian governments. Problems of national identity, patriotism, youth and children culture, foreign language study, experience of pioneer movement in such different countries are very similar. Russia and China are interested in the development of education and science communication through mutual student exchanges and youth events. Despite the political situation both sides should give the young people opportunity to be responsible for their own future. Russian and Chinese youth know little about each other, so there are many opportunities to overcome it in various projects.
