Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of fragmentation of the public sphere in the period of Western democracies’ transformation. The author reveals the interrelation of the crisis of old democracies and problems of integration of European societies, and offers the method for the analysis of integration potential of the public sphere elements on an example of Russian-speaking mass-media of the modern Germany.
