Abstract
In this article the author considers some peculiarities of census records and household registers of Mukhorshibirskaya and Tarbagataiskaya villages of the Verkhneudinsk district of the Irkutsk governorate in the 19 th century facilitating to drawing up genealogical studies about ancestral origins.
