Abstract
Political decision in the sphere of reforming the Russian economics into the innovation model of development means formation and using new political and economical instruments and institutes. Furthermore, the theme of innovation development is one of the methods of state positioning inside the country and in the world. So one of the key instruments of the Russian innovation policy and one of good possibilities for participants of political process to be positioned as an innovation subject are technological platforms.
