Abstract
Global neocolonialism, that came after the classic colonialism when the USSR felt, has a purpose to liquidate sovereignties in all states of the world and to transform them into the colonies of a new type. Safety of the sovereignty requires a struggle against the system of global neocolonialism and with the states, which support it.
