Abstract

The publication is devoted to contradiction of the myths about inefficiency of the RAS implemented in the mass consciousness. Based on the concrete statistical data on publications and their responses in the international system Web of Science, the authors show that the RAS is still the most efficient sector of the Russian science despite of its serious problems.
