Risks of the Personal Autonomy in the Social Trajectory

The article is devoted to the analysis of the risks to the autonomous existence of the individual in social coordinates. Personal autonomy is understood by the authors as a way of personal life, which can reveal the individual abilities and personal qualities in order to fulfill the desires and needs in accordance with the features of social life, space and time. Privacy is regarded as ontological and axiological components of the individual autonomy. Article focuses on the need for the development of personal autonomy in order to create in Russia the democratic and civil society. The authors also analyze the active intervention of the state and other social institutions into the privacy of the contemporary Russian citizens. In this case new information and communication technologies have a very significant impact on the destruction of the privacy zone.
