Abstract

Social and philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of political leadership and political domination in the modern Russian political process is given in the article. It’s asserted that impulses of social and political activity emerge in net structures of internet-space; these impulses result in emerging new forms of civil solidarity and in complicating morphology of political communication.
