Creative Class and the Russian State: Prospects of Cooperation

This paper analyzes the problem of interaction between creative class as a new social group and government agencies in the context of mutual responsibility. The author concludes that the social field of interests of the creative class is being formed on the level of interaction, and the government, on the other hand, expands opportunities for social development by incorporating social energy of creative class. To change the future we need the consolidation of society in the assessment of the past and present, what means bringing people together on the basis of a coherent formation of creative activity space.
