This article is the third one from the series of articles devoted to the problem of structure and the dynamics of contemporary social and cultural field. The article examines the fundamental method of communication between units of social and cultural field – social and cultural monades. Mosaic does not imply strict subordination of elements, but mostly refers to the flexibility and mobility of these links. Mosaic links are a set of interactions between the elements of social and cultural field. The basis of formation of such interactions is axiological rhizome as a rebuilt hierarchical system of values which takes place under the influence of various factors. Repeating the arrangement of the rhizome, mosaic of social and cultural elements has different directions and multiple levels of distribution. The author considers that the mosaic type of connection is characteristic for crisisfree development, which implies freedom and spontaneity of formation of new interactions. Social and cultural formation is able to install rigid, fixed relationship to achieve a quick exit from a difficult situation during the crisis due to the processes of self-organization.
