Indigenization as a concept and a constituent part of the national policy of the state was aimed at the equalization of the level of development of the Soviet peoples and involved different sides of the state and public life. In the public education the special role was played by the process of the national school reforming, which under the existing historical circumstances faced economic problems and the lack of educated national teachers.
