Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of ideological attitudes on processes of centralization and decentralization in multicompound states. The author considers the position of the leading political forces in Russia and Spain on the polity. The paper concludes that there are competition of spiritual foundations promoting centralization and decentralization of modern states.
