Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of soft power tools and technologies, which are used in the contemporary world politics. The paper notes the increasing role of flexible factors and the growing influence of soft instruments impact on the international relations system. The author performed the analysis of their role in the implementation of the Russian Federation foreign policy, and also singled out several important cooperation channels, such as education, sport, and tourism as conductors of the soft power.
