Abstract

The article sums up the results of the comparative analysis of how Russian civil society structures are represented in the selected Russian print and electronic mass media in 2014–2015. The study used the methods of discourse and content analysis of the lexical units, which formed language images of civil society. The authors also paid attention to the role of civil society as a subject, and the key topics and discourse frameworks of its representation.
