Abstract

The processes of globalization affect the migration situation in the countries. Many countries, including European ones, are concerning the uncontrolled flow of migrants, and trying to find ways to solve this issue through organization of migration flows. This problem is also very actual Russia concerning its accepting refugees from the east of Ukraine, Afghanistan and others. The article analyzes the legislation on refugees and makes suggestions to improve it in the context of world politics.
