Abstract

This article was written after the examination of the articles of G.A. Avanesova and E.V. Ivanova, published in the No 4 and 5 of the magazine «Power», 2015. Particular attention is paid to some historical aspects and figures of Ukraine. An attempt to comment some points of the articles is undertaken.
