Abstract

The article describes the results of research aimed at the analysis of quantitative and qualitative composition of the non-profit sector of the Yaroslavl region. In the study, qualitative and quantitative composition of the non-profit organizations and public associations in the region is considered as an indicator of the level of civic engagement of the region's population and at the same time as the activation mechanism of civil participation.
