Abstract
Modern state of the Russian Federation puts before the government of the country the long-term socio-economic planning goals. One of the main problems associated with the state strategic planning is the need in development of practical recommendations for the assessment and monitoring of strategic risks of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation and threats to national security; and elaboration of key performance indicators system of the government policy in the field of strategic development.
