Abstract
ISIS is a terrorist organization that instilled fear in the minds of all mankind. It openly declares the capture of the world and establishing a global caliphate. It seemed that the problem concerned only Persian Gulf countries. Nevertheless, the Internet has an application that ISIS is creating an office in Russia. The author observes the main reasons for the spread of the terrorist groups in the territory of the Russian Federation in details.
