The Formation of a New Ukrainian Identity in the Post-Maidan Period (2014–2018)

After the coup d'etat of 2014 and the coming to power in Kiev openly nationalist elite, the process of radical Ukrainization manifested itself with new force. The main goal of the government today is the formation of a new, pro-European civilizational choice of Ukraine by changing the cultural, historical and ethnic determinants of a significant part of the population. To determine what methods and technologies the modern Ukrainian government uses to achieve these goals is the main task of this work.
