Abstract
The article deals with the main ideas of the First Annual Conference of the Moscow Regional Office of Young Political Scientist’s Council of Russian Political Science Association «Global Challenges and Contradictions of the 21st century», as well as an analysis of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the emerging scientific community of young political scientists in the Moscow region. The conference was one of the most important events among young political scientists of Russia and one of the significant events in the activities of the Russian Political Science Association. In addition to statistical data on young political scientists, the conference resulted in the presentation of some original and interesting ideas for further theoretical study in the field of globalization and localization processes, migration theory, secession and a number of others.
