Abstract
The article presents the results of a social experiment on the formation of physical culture of schoolchildren, taking into account modern trends in the modernization of the general education system in the context of the introduction of new educational standards. The author suggests an organizational and management model of the formation of the physical culture of schoolchildren and reveals the conditions of its realization.
