Abstract
The article analyzes the ideological and institutional differences between the Russian parties of Latvia. The method of score assessment highlighted differences on issues relating to the situation of the Russian-speaking community of Latvia and relations with Russia. The author reveals that the ideological differences between the two parties are largely due to their significantly different electoral potential.
