Abstract
The article is devoted to the role of Internet communication technologies in ensuring the stability of the political regime. The author considers communication as the basis of the political regime, identifies its essential elements. The article shows a change in the structure and speed of communications on the example of Russia, which determines the types and nature of using Internet communications technologies. The author identifies their role in the processes of influence on the political regime in Russia, and analyzes actual examples of the influence of these technologies on materials of Russian political practice. The author suggests promising areas of work with Internet communications technologies to ensure the stability of the political regime in Russia.
