Abstract

The article is devoted to the theoretical vision of the modern system of mobilization training in the Russian Federation, taking into account new trends in the world development. The author considers mobilization training in the form of a social system. It allows revealing the goals and objectives of the system, and through the structural and functional components of the system, due to the current state of development of the economy, technology and law, to simulate the processes of ensuring the country's defense capability and to predict possible states of the system. It in turn, will make it possible to give recommendations to state and municipal authorities.
