Abstract

The article differentiates the factors contributing to the growth of labor tensions in the Volga Federal District and analyze conditions for the formation of tensions in the system of labor relations, acting at the «entrance» to it. The authors analyze processes of the emergence and intensification of tensions in the labor sphere of the Volga Federal District on the base of federal and regional statistics.
