Abstract

The article examines the information potential of the document collection of the State Archive of Republic of Buryatia, which makes it possible to examine the transformation of state-church relations in the 1917–1930s. The set of documents of party and state bodies, public organizations and religious institutions provides researchers with the opportunity to study historical events objectively.
