Abstract

The article considers the fundamental contradictions in the Forecast of Socio-Economic Development of the Russian Federation for 2021 and for the Planning Period of 2022 and 2023. The authors show that the authorities clearly overestimate the future dynamism of the national economy and the stability of the ruble exchange rate on the background of the expected complete stagnation of the sectoral structure of GDP and the weakening position of the manufacturing sector. The authors substantiate that this picture of the future needs serious adjustment.
