On Some Aspects of the Technology of Changing the Configuration of Political Forces in the State Duma of Russia

The article examines the administrative and political models of behavior of extra-parliamentary parties during their preparation for the election campaign to nominate their candidates for elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Based on the proposed models, the authors also analyze the options for creating the central headquarters of the party with strict administrative and legal control of the entire election process. This allows the new party to solve the complex of tasks it faces, as well as be attractive to the authorities when using them as a spoiler to resolve issues of power both during the election campaign, and, possibly, after the party has entered the State Duma of Russia.
