Abstract

The article is devoted to a comparative legal analysis of the powers in the field of inter-budget relations of territorial autonomies in the form of republics in post-Soviet countries. On the base of constitutional and legal acts, the author analyzes the presence or absence of the rights of the autonomies under consideration in the field of inter-budget regulation. Based on the data obtained, the article provides a comparative analysis of these powers according to the proposed criteria, and examines the reasons for the large difference in the rights of autonomies.
