Abstract

The article deals with the topical issues of foreign and domestic policy of the Russian Federation in the context of reflection on the perception of Russia by recipients representing foreign countries in the new reality. The authors postulate that culture in today's controversial and complex conditions of development of the global community and the changing architecture of the world order can and should be one of the main factors of soft power of the country in the contours of strengthening the discourse of foreign policy communications and harmonization of domestic political dialogue.
