Abstract
In the context of the socio-political crisis, which at the beginning of the 21st century takes the character of exacerbating contradictions of interests, values and norms, the question of finding opportunities to overcome their incompatibility and reach consensus becomes paramount. The formation of a new high-tech network reality forms the basis for the development of global communication, interactions at all levels of life, contributing to the transition to the stage of post-crisis recovery at the neo-rational level.
