Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation and development of the organizational structure of healthcare in the MPR in the 1920s–1960s. In the course of the development of health care, the growing role of this institution and the increasing involvement in the most important social processes in the state can be traced. The solution of organizational issues in the field of healthcare was the most important direction of the policy of the government of the MPR.
