Abstract

The article analyzes the problematic background of the single voting day on September 10, 2023. The author notes that the new socio-political reality, formed as a result of the special military operation in Ukraine, predetermines the agenda of the upcoming presidential campaign in 2024 and contributes to the establishment as the dominant mobilization model of electoral behavior.
