Abstract
The Object of the Study. World economy.The Subject of the Study. Historical forms of economy.The Purpose of the Study. The identification of historical significant technologies, “sociology” and production criteria, as well as the rationale for the transition to a new production criterion in the modern information community.The Main Provisions of the Article are: 1. a new technological and institutional model for the development of social production; 2. the equation of the economic condition of society allowing to determine the trajectory (trend) of the optimal development of the economy; 3. the indicator of "production salary" as a criterion of economic activity in the conditions of predominant growth of human capital. 4. the author’s version of the global financial and economic crisis that began in 2008.
