Abstract
Forms of precarious employment instability in the formal economy of the country are considered. The types of contract agreements, working conditions, employment spheres and employee satisfaction are analyzed. A conclusion is drawn on the need to reduce the volatility of employment in the formal economy as a condition for the legalizing informal employment. Indicators characterizing informal employment are offered.
The Object of the Study is employees of the formal sector of the economy who are in informal employment.
The Subject of the Study is the relationship of informal employment in the formal economy, infringing the labour and social
rights of workers
Directions of Research:
Types of contractual arrangements;
Working conditions;
Unofficial income;
Unstable position of employees;
Satisfaction of employees with their position;• Indicators of employment instability.
The Purpose of the Study is to show that informal employment in the formal economy is of a large scale and is one of the main reasons restraining the «Legalization» of informal employment in the shadow economy of the country.
