Abstract
The Object of the Study. The labour market, employment and jobs in the world, Russia, Moscow.
The Subject of the Study. Changes in the labour market and labour migrations.
The Purpose of the Study. Identifying trends and main causes of changes in the structure of jobs and their impact on the labour market in the conditions of crisis, showing dynamics effects of external labour migration on the labour market in the Russian Federation, trends and identifying their main causes to propose an adjustment of the existing order of actions in the labour market. Main reasons of changes on the labour market have been found. Consequences for the labour market application (not application) and active employment policy in specific times, including the periods of greatest tension in the labour market (crisis periods) have been formulated.
The author has analyzed positive and negative practices of regional experience of employment regulations and studied trends and reasons of negative tendencies on the labour market, analysed the shortcomings of the latest action in the field of employment and regulation of foreign labour migration measures application of good practices worked out in the past to reduce tensions on the labour market and related social risks.
