Abstract
A relevant theme of the debt load of the population has appeared at the stage of forming the Board member. The work is not covered by labour legislation. At the same time the board member performs administrative functions, remunerated, and contracts with them actually are. There are some problems adjusting their labour remuneration and taxation.
