Abstract
Basic Theoretical Framework. The article is devoted to possible facilities of current Russian legislation to regulate new flexible and precarious forms of employment.
Object. Legal regulation of precarious employment in Russia. Subject. Legal framework on precarious employment regulation in Russia.
Purpose. The main purpose of the article is studying facilities of the adaptation of current legislation for precarious and flexible employment relations regulation.
