Abstract

The Object of the Study. Economic, social and legal trends and patterns arising in the process of educators and employers interaction in state higher education institutions and organizations in Siberia. The Subject of the Study. The subject of the study is economic relations arising regarding employees participation in training highly qualified specialists of national economy sectors. The Purpose of the Study. The main purpose of the study is considering the fundamental provisions of the scientific theory of contractual relationships in higher education of Siberia, studying the approaches to the development of labour relations humanization processes. Basic Theoretical Provisions of the Article. Interdisciplinary approach allows to describe the main problems of post-contract relationships in higher education institutions on the system level, to reveal their causes. It should be noted that national institutionalists work out similar problems of contractual relationships taking into account Russia's specifics and circumstances. By the example of Siberian universities the article considers institutional aspects of higher education institution employees and employer interactions during the post-contractual period in connection with ammendments and additions to the motivating forms of payment for labour. Contradictory processes in the organization of collective labour relations are pointed out, and a practical view of the necessity of compliance with undertaken agreements is revealed. Conclusions. An interdisciplinary approach can bring effective results and can be applied to the study of these problems.
